No. There is an additional 5% GST on all the mentioned prices. Overseas customers are not subject to GST.

Payments can be made directly to our bank account, via Online Transfer, or via cheques or cash or UPI. The payment details are at the bottom of every invoice and can also be sent on request.
If everything is in stock, delivery takes 1-3 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays.) Orders placed before noon can almost always be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. We also can use WeFast/Borzo/Uber Parcel for same day delivery within Mumbai.
Deliveries within India are free of cost via the regular transport system. For urgent deliveries, customers have to bare the courier charges. We also can use WeFast/Borzo/Uber Parcel for same day delivery within Mumbai.
Yes - we are able to send fabrics to anywhere in the world. Carriage charges vary depending on the destination country and the type & quantity of fabrics required. If you let us know all these things we can give you a quote.
Definitely! Please contact us with the type of samples required and we can send our customer account managers to show you the samples. Alternatively, we can also send the samples across to you via courier. Please use our fabric codes while ordering.
The colors are very close to the real fabric and should help you choose the fabric you are looking for. However, your computer/tablet/phone screen and printer is different and will show colours differently. If you need to match to something precisely please ask for swatch samples.
Yes. The colors will remain the same as long as the fabric code provided is the same. However, colours can vary slightly from batch to batch, but nothing significant.
The minimum order could be as small as a single piece to huge bulk productions. This depends on the segment from which you are ordering.
Yes – we are wholesalers and sell only to wholesale customers, retailers and designers. We do not sell by the metre to the general public.
Yes – we offer 1.6 and 1.7 multiple pieces between 8 MTRs and 16 MTRs. If an exact metreage is required we will try our best to meet it for you within the restraints of the available roll/piece sizes.
Washing our fabrics before stitching is optional, since all the fabrics we sell are pre-shrunk with guaranteed fast colors and checked for defects before being packed. It is however always advisable to test wash and test dry any fabric before making into a garment or any other product.
Yes. We are open 11:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. We also have the option to open before the mentioned time or stay back after regular working hours as per your travel or business requirements.

We update our online stock of the Seasonal designs once a week. Seasonal designs which are visible on the site should be available, unless it has been sold off within the week. The Never-out-of-Stock collection availability can be easily accessed using the Stock availability link in the Products page.
All the fabrics that we sell have either the Egyptian or Supima Cotton licensees, which our customers can then use to market their end-products.
